Spend the late afternoon on the lawn of the farmhouse, listening to great music and enjoying great food. We’ll be serving up the best farm to fork picnic ever, available for sale at the event. The offerings feature items produced right here at the farm, including cheese plates made from our own cheeses & breads, burgers made with the farm's own pastured meats, and produce from the garden and other local food producers. Dessert will be locally made ice cream! The menu will be posted a few weeks prior to the event.
Affectionately described by her peers as "NJ's Joni Mitchell", Mary Hubley, known as Maribyrd, is a singer/songwriter, born and raised in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains of Northern NJ. Both fronting her own projects and sitting in with artists throughout NJ, NY, & PA, she plays acoustic guitar, mandolin, a little bass, and has both a gift and a passion for harmonies. "Ethereal" and "floating" are words commonly used in regard to her vocals. Joining Maribyrd are Joe Cirotti on Guitar, Pete Lister on Bass, and Mike Alexander on Mandolin.
The music begins at 3:30, food service is from 3-5.
