Join us for 6 weeks of fun, energizing workouts designed to boost your strength, endurance and confidence - all in the fresh air of our park. This is a FREE event presented by Milford Parks and Recreation Committee in collaboration with Jen Murphy Fitness. All ages and abilities are welcome. Bring your own water and towel.
