MarteJam torna anche questa stagione 25/26!

Una jam settimanale di 2 ore ogni martedì sera a Milano presso Did Studio, nella corte principale della Fabbrica del Vapore dalle ore 20.00 alle ore 22.00
Vi invitiamo ad arrivare puntuali per iniziare tutte insieme con un cerchio di apertura. Questo momento iniziale è importante: stiamo co-creando un’atmosfera sicura, arricchente e che sostiene le nostre danze.
La sala apre alle 19:45 così che abbiate tempo di cambiarvi con calma.
20:05 – Cerchio di apertura
20 minuti di warmup guidato, per scaldarci ed entrare nella danza.

Danzeremo principalmente con musica, spesso dal vivo, ma ci saranno anche delle silent jam.

MarteJam is back again this season 25/26!

A weekly 2-hour jam every Tuesday evening in Milan at DID Studio, located in the main courtyard of Fabbrica del Vapore, from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
We invite you to arrive on time so we can start all together with an opening circle.
This initial moment is important: we are co-creating a safe, nourishing atmosphere that supports our dancing.
The space opens at 7:45 PM, so you’ll have time to change and enter the space.
8:05 PM – Opening circle
20-minute guided warmup, to warm up and enter into the dance.

We will mostly dance with music, often live, but there will also be some silent jams.
