Indiano metropolitano ed eco-attivista, è co-fondatore di Ecstatic Dance Milano e One Day In Yoga Festival; tiene mensilmente danze estatiche al Tempio del Futuro Perduto dal 2018. Nel 2019 diviene Ecstatic Dance Faciltator partecipando al Teacher Traning a Koh Phangan - Thailand presso (

Massimo ama la musica e la danza, ha organizzato per 10 anni Party Goa nell'area Nord Ovest dell'Italia. La sua vita è un continuo apprendimento, è insegnante di yoga (Anukalana, Prana Flow, Jivamukti) e Sound Healer (certificato 500h). Bazzica stagionalnente nei più importanti dance floor estatici internazionali (Arambol, Koh Phangan, Ubud, Tel Aviv, Berlino, Ibiza).

Che cos'è l'ecstatic dance?
L'Ecstatic Dance è un processo che ti permette di scoprire la tua danza personale, così unica che non può essere riprodotta da nessun altro.
La danza consapevole e libera è il linguaggio d'elezione per esprimere in modo diretto e primordiale la nostra energia più pura.
Questa esperienza ci dona una libertà infinita dai vincoli e dai giudizi in modo che possiamo espandere il nostro potenziale e muoverci fino a liberare la vitalità più autentica che è in noi.
Il Dance floor assume un'energia esplosiva quando tutti si lasciano andare alla propria danza e l'estasi naturale viene condivisa.

Unisciti a noi per pregare e meditare attraverso il semplice atto di ballare.
Ti chiediamo gentilmente di arrivare in orario così da poter incominciare tutti insieme.
Ti invitiamo a stare con noi dopo il ballo, se vuoi condividere la tua esperienza, incontrare persone che amano ballare quanto te o raccontarci cosa ti fa sentire vivo, davanti a un tè e uno spuntino vegano.

LINEE GUIDA PER ECSTATIC DANCE:
1. Balla e muoviti, come preferisci.
Non c'è modo giusto o sbagliato nell'essere estatici!
2. Non parlare sulla pista da ballo
3. Lascia le scarpe e gli smartphone fuori dal dance floor
3. Sii curioso, aperto.
Ti preghiamo di sospendere giudizi su te stesso o sugli altri.
3. Rispetta te stesso e gli altri
4. La danza estatica è uno spazio senza droga e senza alcool
5. Vieni pulito, e con vestiti adeguati alla danza
6 Rispetta lo spazio dell'altro e della collettività di danzatori
7. Se qualcuno chiede di ballare con te prova ad accettarlo
8. Dopo aver ballato con lui/lei ringazialo mettendo le mani di fronte
al petto in forma di preghiera

A Urban Yogi and eco-activist, he is the co-founder of Ecstatic Dance Milano and the One Day In Yoga Festival; he has held monthly ecstatic dances at the Tempio del Futuro Perduto since 2018. The dance floor takes on an explosive energy when everyone lets go of their dance and the natural ecstasy is shared.
People of all ages, backgrounds, and experiences are welcome.
Join us to pray and meditate through the simple act of dancing.
We kindly ask you to arrive on time so we can all begin together.
We invite you to stay with us after the dance, if you'd like to share your experience, meet people who love dancing as much as you do, or tell us what makes you feel alive, over tea and a vegan snack.

ECSTATIC DANCE GUIDELINES:
1. Dance and move as you please.
There is no right or wrong way to be ecstatic!
2. Don't talk on the dance floor.
3. Leave your shoes and smartphones off the dance floor.
3. Be curious and open.
Please refrain from judging yourself or others.
3. Respect yourself and others.
4. Ecstatic dance is a drug- and alcohol-free space.
5. Come clean and dressed appropriately for dancing.
6. Respect each other's space and the group of dancers.
7. If someone asks to dance with you, try to accept it.
