Calling all night-flyers!!!
This is our last official event of the year. Being that it's just before Halloween, who knows what neat things will happen.
Join us and fly or just come to watch. Either way, it's always a fun time at The Field of Dreams with The Milan Flyers!!

We will follow the AMA safety guidelines for night flying, which states:
"Night flying requires a lighting system that provides the pilot with a clear view of the model’s attitude and orientation at all times. Hand-held illumination systems by themselves are inadequate for night flying operations and must be supplemented with other lighting systems."
If you are unable to set up battery powered lights, consider use of chemical glow sticks. The wrist bracelet style can be left straight and taped to an air frame with minimal impact on aerodynamics.
We will mark the runway and flight line with glow sticks and other lights. Anyone on the field side of the safety hedge should also wear marker lights such as glow sticks or led lights so other pilots can observe their location. Red is suggested for preservation of night vision.
