Join us for a magical evening in beautiful Midway as we connect with nature, ourselves, and one another. Surrounded by green grass, songbirds, and the gentle sounds of a nearby stream, you’ll be guided through a deeply restorative experience.

🧘‍♀️ Yin Yoga with Liz Lawson
Liz will lead us through a grounding yin yoga practice, combining gentle movement and light breathwork to help you reconnect your mind and body.

🎶 Sound Journey with Keerston Young
Keerston will take you on a soothing sound journey, blending crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, shakers, drumming, and the natural symphony of the outdoors.
