A 3-hour collaborative evening workshop with Evan & Marissa to help you step into the life you actually want.

Through powerful activities, somatic Breathwork, and future-self visualization, you’ll get clarity on who you’re becoming, release what’s holding you back, and walk away with tangible tools to create lasting change.

This workshop will contain 3 distinct parts. First, Evan will guide you through interactive workshop exercises. Using worksheets and a collaborative approach, Evan will teach you how to identify limiting beliefs, and begin the process of replacing them with a more positive narrative. Second, Marissa will lead a deeply transformational Breathwork journey—a practice that uses intentional breathing to help regulate your nervous system, release emotional blocks, and connect you to your inner truth. Lastly, while you begin to integrate your Breathwork journey, Evan will lead a guided visualization designed to cultivate detail and emotions around the future version of yourself that you want. The combination of these parts will allow you to fully embody and cultivate a future identity of yourself!

✨ Please bring yourself, water, and a blanket or pillow if you'd like to get cozy. For the workshop portion, please bring a pen/pencil and hard surface to write on. We’ll bring some extras in case you forget!

We have blankets, and eye masks available! The floor is very comfortable so no yoga mats needed.
