Salad & Strides: A Gratitude Adventure

Join us for an refreshing event that blends movement 🚶‍♀️, nourishment 🥗, and heartfelt appreciation 🫶!

We'll begin with a mindful walk outdoors, allowing us to slow down, breathe fresh air, and intentionally soak in the beauty and gratitude all around us. Afterwards, we'll gather to create vibrant, personalized salads in a jar from a bountiful salad bar, providing healthy meals for the days ahead.

Please bring:
🥗 3 items for our communal salad bar (a sign-up sheet will be on the event page).

🫙 3 jars of any size for your salads.

👟 Comfortable walking shoes, water, and a positive outlook!
