Sunday Funday Bootcamp

This six-week boot camp features a circuit format that accommodates all fitness levels. Each week will emphasize on different types of exercise equipment for a 50 min full body workout. Listed below is pricing for current Young Fitness members, nonmembers, and an option for drop in cost. Please use the correct link to sign up. You do NOT need to sign up for each week unless you are paying for drop in sessions. All participants must sign a waiver and are encouraged to bring a bottle of water.
