Free Outdoor POUND Class Downtown

Every-BODY Fitness, Allied Group Fitness, and Downtown Midland are coming together to offer you POUND on Main Street at The Commons Pedestrian Plaza Stage! Join POUND Pros Carrie McMurrian and Ali Huntoon for a 45-minute rockout workout on the stage located at the intersection of McDonald Street & Main Street in Midland.

This is a free event so everyone can join! Donation is not required but welcomed and appreciated.

No experience necessary, any age and any stage of fitness welcome! POUND is for everyBODY 💯

Things to know:
• Bring a yoga mat and H2O and wear athletic shoes and comfy clothes
• Ripstix (green drumsticks!) will be provided
• Class is held outside
• Class is held if weather permits
• All ages and stages of fitness welcome
• Come ready to HAVE FUN and get a great workout while jamming to loud music 👨🏽‍🎤
