Sun Transformation with Sun Yom

Sun Yom is a meditation teacher and a healer with over 20 years of experience and 12,000 hours of sitting meditation alone. She has taught at Oakland Center for Spiritual Living and Sister Spirit Retreats. Sun is the founder and master teacher for Sun Process.



In Sun’s direct experience of enlightenment, there are 3 elements: 1. Presence 2. Authenticity and Right Action 3. Love and trust. To hone these skills she created Sun Process(SP). The 3 pillars of Sun Process are 1. Meditation 2. Love and Trust and 3. Somatic Healing.



She will be giving you a Sun Transformational Workshop that will give you an opportunity to directly experience more wholeness and freedom of the now. Sun Transformation event focuses on potent and easy to use techniques, creating momentum with a daily practice to strengthen being in this true joy and freedom.



In this introduction event: There will be movement, dance and expression. We will be in a circle formation doing some breath-work, mini yoga, potent experientials and visualizations based on cultivating Sun Process, via Sun Transformation. Three Pillars of Sun Process: 1.
