In this workshop you will learn how to identify different wild edible and medicinal plants that grow in the summer. Some plants have a life cycle for the whole growing season and we will talk about how they will grow and their uses. We will look for mushrooms and identify them as well. Learn what mother earth has to offer for food, medicine, and more...Class will begin with opening Qi gong exercises to help us get grounded and connected to the earth! In person group is limited to 15 people. If people want to tune in virtually a zoom link can be provided.
$25 per person

We will also have bags and gloves available to pickup any trash that we may find in the park.
