Seasonal Market Basket Surprise Class

In this 1.5-hour watch and learn class, you will learn about some of fruits, vegetables, and herbs we are currently harvesting at Chocolates and Tomatoes Farm and how you can "think like a chef" to create seasonal soups, salads, pickles and other hot and cold dishes. Watch Chef Mark demonstrate cooking components of 3-4 dishes, and taste what is made.
