Making Mousse Cakes and Mirror Glaze

Join us at The Learning Kitchen at Chocolates and Tomatoes Farm for this 2.5-hour hands-on class offering an intimate setting of just 6 people, make it an afternoon to remember! (Pictures are example only. Actual mousse cake make not look like these.)
You will learn how to make a mousse cake (petite gateau) with a mirror glaze (a glaze so shiny you can see reflections in it). You can expect it will serve up to 4 people. You could eat it right away or freeze it and eat it up to 1 month later (maybe it is part of your Halloween or Thanksgiving treat table).
