Making Pizza from Scratch
In this 2.5-hour hands-on class, you will learn how to make pizza from scratch, pull some fresh mozzarella, and select fresh veg and herbs growing seasonally at Chocolates and Tomatoes Farm. Experience three different types of outdoor pizza ovens: wood pellet, propane, and electric. For adults or teens/tweens with supportive adults. Cannot support gluten-free in this class.
