Beach-Themed: Learn Cookie Decorating with Chef Missy

In this 2 hour class, you will learn how to create artistic, professional-looking decorated cut out cookies, using royal icing. Impress your party guests with these delightful desserts or party favors. You will learn how to: make clean edges (pipe outline/dam); create a glossy, smooth surface (fill/flood). You will also learn different artistic techniques, such as wet on wet, wet on dry, and scribing to create unique, edible cookie art. Each class features a different theme so you practice your cookie art and go home each time with a new, beautiful collection. The class is designed for adults, or teens and tweens who come with a supportive adult.
