Learn the science of chocolate while making tasty chocolate bark (with lots of toppings to choose from) that you can enjoy for days after the session or gift to a friend. In this class, you learn how to temper chocolate which gives artisan chocolates that snap and glossy shine! Classes are for adults or youth paired with supportive adults.
