90 min full spectrum breathwork practice set to groovy beats!

In this practice you will use different techniques to settle into the body, expand your lungs, Energize the mind/body, activate your nervous system and finally settle back into a peaceful balanced state

The practice is all levels and taught in a straight forward relatable way.
