We’ll begin with a grounding circle—inviting calm into the body through gentle breath and tapping practices for both mama and baby. Then settle into 30–40 minutes of sound healing while Reiki is offered intuitively to support nervous system regulation and promote energetic harmony.
We’ll close with space to share and connect with one another in community.
