Autumn Equinox Drumming Meditation

The Autumn Equinox is a special time of year when day and night are equal. It’s a natural moment to pause, reflect, and find balance as we shift from the busy energy of summer into the slower rhythm of fall.

In this session, you’ll be guided through a gentle drumming meditation that helps you relax, release stress, and connect more deeply with yourself. The steady rhythm of the drum creates a calming space where you can let go of what no longer serves you and open to new possibilities for the season ahead.

Together, we will:

Take time to set intentions for the months ahead

Use the sound of the drum to relax the mind and body

Let go of old energy and welcome fresh, supportive energy

Share quiet reflection in a supportive group setting

No experience with meditation or drumming is needed. Just bring yourself, an open mind, and a willingness to try something new.
