Protected Site Strategy Engagement Session 3 - Working Together

This session focuses on how collaboration works in practice across the Tees Estuary, bringing together industry, regulators and the environmental sector to explore realistic delivery models.

The session will cover:

• where collaboration is already working and what can be learned
• common barriers to joint working and how they can be overcome
• practical partnership models that support both development and nature recovery
• the role of investment, innovation and shared responsibility

Discussions will be grounded in real examples from the estuary, with a focus on solutions that are workable, proportionate and deliverable.

This session is designed to move the conversation from challenge to action, informing clearer priorities and more effective delivery in the final session.
