Workplace Cultural Competency Training

Join our FREE, fully funded interactive training session, supported by Middlesbrough Council.

This session will give you:

• A clear overview of migration from both global and UK perspectives.
• Insight into the lived experience of a local refugee and their journey into employment.
• A practical employer-focused discussion on the recruitment barriers faced by people from migrant backgrounds.
• Guidance on how to build confidence in employing refugees and other migrants, including good practice for retention and supporting staff once in work.
