This is a dedicated support group for woman who maybe experiencing the menopause and the issues and symptoms that occur.
We want this to be an informal and open forum, to allow woman to talk about how they are coping with the menopause and share thoughts, ideas and suggestions.
In this session we will talk about how menopause has affected your relationships and social life.
