Fun yoga morning with The Yoga Beard

Everyone very welcome to
"DDP Yoga with The Yoga Beard"
This is Yoga, with a twist. Traditional yoga movements, with the volume turned all the way up.
Loud, energetic, and most of all, FUN! We focus on breathing, moving, and balancing all in a familiar, but unique way.
Like a shot of coffee, this class will set you up for the day.
Philip will offer some alternatives if you need it. Everyone will work to their own level.
DDP stands for Diamond Dallas Page, the creator of the style.
Philip says:
I am Philip, The Yoga Beard, a loud, bald, and bearded Yoga Teacher. After 2+ decades sitting behind a desk, redundancy allowed me to make a change.
Teaching in my own unique way, I bring Yoga, Chair Yoga, Pilates, and my speciality DDP Yoga, to the people of Teesside. I always aim to make classes fun and engaging, and suitable for everyone.
