Dates: Thursday (after 4PM) – Sunday (after 4PM)
Goal: Help riders gain confidence riding in the open, build speed control, and develop the accuracy needed for real ranch work and ranch horse competition.
Includes: Group riding sessions, obstacles, open country miles, dry camping, pens for horses, and evening discussions.
We’re planning a 3-day, 2-night event focused on helping riders get confident riding out in the open with more speed, accuracy, and purpose—just like you'd need on a real ranch. Think: big country, dry camping, firelight chats, and lots of saddle time.

7:00 PM – Meet & Greet around the campfire (introductions, event overview, goals discussion, Dinner)
Friday
8:00 AM – Group Warm-Up: Riding Mechanics & Foundation
9:30 AM – Open Riding Drills: Transitions, Rate, Line Control
12:00 PM – Lunch (on your own)
1:30 PM – Speed & Accuracy Obstacle Course
3:30 PM – Cool Down & Group Review
5:30 PM – Dinner & Campfire Chat (Q&A: Building Confidence Outside the Arena)
Saturday
8:00 AM – Riding Out: Partner & Group Patterns at the Walk, Trot, and Lope
11:00 AM – Practice Ranch Tasks: Riding with Purpose (marking, gates, patterns, turns)
12:30 PM – Lunch (on your own)
2:00 PM – Free Ride or Small Group Coaching
5:00 PM – Cowboy Skills Challenge (fun & low-pressure)
6:30 PM – Group Dinner & Firelight Reflection (What clicked, what’s next)
Sunday
9:00 AM – Final Ride: Putting It All Together on the Ranch Loop
12:00 PM – Brunch & Closing Circle
2:00 – 4:00 PM – Pack Out & Depart
