The Vagus Nerve regulates and relaxes the major systems of the body. It is possible to tap into this power to experience increased connection to innate flow states and the relaxation response. This can result in increased presence, as well as psychological and physical well being.

This class will dive into excerpts from the traditional yoga texts as we explore the ways our practice can create insight and peace in our lives.

You will learn how to apply guided imagery, meditation, vocal techniques, and breath work. You will leave with a working knowledge of the parasympathetic nervous system and how to use it to modify the state of the mind and body.
