Fat Cat is back with a one-off Hanukkah inspired menu with the added flair of fermentation, preservation and Asian inspired techniques

About this Event

For this rendition of the Fat Cat Ferments pop-up dining experience hosted at The Door (5525 NW 2nd Avenue, Miami, Florida) we will be serving a six+ course menu inspired by classic Hanukkah dishes with a focus on fermentation, preservation and Asian cooking techniques. Ticket prices are inclusive of the full coursed menu and three glasses of wine (no additional tax or tip). We will hosting two seatings (6:00PM and 8:30PM), so please select your ticket accordingly! Ticket sales end on 12/12/2025 and are on a first come basis.
