Family Sundays at ICA Miami: Musical Movement

ICA Miami’s Family Sundays series welcomes children of all abilities to engage in contemporary art through a variety of adapted activities connecting to the museum’s exhibitions. The free, 1-hour workshops engage families in either storytelling, movement, or art-making weekly. These workshops are appropriate for ages 7 and under.

Participants will respond to the vibrant colors and patterns of Sanaa Gateja’s tapestries with dynamic movement exercises. Through guided music and dance activities, families will connect bodily expression with visual art. Taught by Paloma Dueñas.
