Yin Flow & Vibrations at The Gates

Experience a guided Yin Yoga ceremony designed to harness the cosmic energies of the Lion’s Gate Portal and the Aquarius Full Moon. Led by Maye Martinez and hosted at The Gates Hotel this event invites participants to deepen stillness release old emotional patterns and open energetic channels through heart-led poses and sound healing. Suitable for all levels the session includes journaling prompts immersive sound baths and opportunities to connect with one’s inner visionary. Attendees are encouraged to bring a yoga mat journal and pencil blanket eye mask and wear white or gold attire to amplify the experience. Parking is available on Liberty Avenue and 23rd Street with valet service offered at the hotel entrance for $30.
