The historic Old Franklin Schoolhouse, built ca. 1807, is owned and carefully maintained by the Borough Improvement League (BIL). Founded in 1901, the BIL is a non-profit, 501(c)3 tax exempt charity devoted to community service, supporting the arts, preserving the Schoolhouse, and more, therefore your credit card statement may say "BIL" or "Borough Improvement League" for this sale.
