Dissolved Ink Art & Digital Collage Workshop with Artist Jacki Dickert

About:

Learn how the colorful and abstract results of an "altered papers" technique can be used in mixed media, and in an easy digital collage method. The class will cover how to texture layers of magazine paper to enhance digital photos. Attendees come away with a collection of unique art papers and the ability to transform photos into striking works of art! If time allowes, we will print.

Date and Time: Saturday, June 28th, 1-4pm

Tuition: $65 plus $15 materials fee ($80 total)

Bring:

• iPad or other tablet that has a built-in camera, phone cameras are okay if you don't mind working small
• Snapseed app downloaded before the workshop (free app)
• Access to some of your digital photos

Note: since we will be working with dissolved ink, expect some stained hands. Gloves will be available. Best to wear old clothes or a smock.
