Juneteenth Celebration

Spend the afternoon in Metter for a day of reflection and education at our 3rd Annual Juneteenth Celebration from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at William “Billy” Trapnell Park. This event is FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, so get ready for a fun-filled and informative day with music, food, and community. We can't wait to see you there!

Attractions will include music, arts, food and other entertainment for patrons of all ages.

Booth registration opens Monday, May 5 with registration deadline on Friday, May 30. Vendor pricing is listed below.

Single space/tent 10 x 10: $50

Double space/tent 20 x 10: $100

Food truck (any size): $100

Non-Profit table: $50

Flex Students: $25

Vendor Guidelines:

Set-up for food trucks begins at 12 noon and must be completed by 3:00 PM. All vendors must complete the online application. The parade begins at 4:00 PM and the parade lineup begins at 3:00 PM. The Juneteenth Celebration begins immediately afterwards. The entertainment/activity schedule will be made available closer to the event date.

• All vendor spaces are outdoors.

• Vendors are expected to bring their own tents, tables, chairs, etc.
• All registered vendors are required to adhere to the City of Metter guidelines and permits.
• Pre-paid vendors must be coordinated directly with The Juneteenth Committee and must adhere to all City of Metter ordinances - or their space will NOT be reserved.
• NO alcohol, weapons, illegal or counterfeit items may be sold during/at this event.
• All fees are non-refundable.
