Con 3 stop dedicati a workout di gruppo da 5 minuti l'uno, il nostro obiettivo è creare una community chiassosa e divertente, dove il movimento si trasforma in un momento di festa! 🏃‍♂️🎉

Ma non è solo Sport: vogliamo condividere uno stile di vita sano, coltivare relazioni autentiche e costruire amicizie basate su valori di positività e inclusione. 💙✨

We’ll meet at Perbacco at 7:30 PM for a totally free, easy-paced run through the city’s most iconic spots, with loud music and contagious energy all around. 🎶💥

Along the way, we’ll stop for 3 quick group workouts (5 minutes each).

Our goal? To create a loud, joyful community where movement turns into celebration! 🏃‍♂️🎉

But this isn’t just about sport, it’s about embracing a healthy lifestyle, forming real connections, and building friendships based on positivity and inclusion. 💙✨

Whether you’re an experienced runner or a complete beginner, you’ll find a group ready to support you.And if you haven’t run in a while, don’t worry,as a physiotherapist, I’ll guide you step by step to help you regain confidence and well-being. 💪😊

After the run, we’ll return to Perbacco for a refreshing drink or a cold beer and some good vibes, the perfect chance to meet the Aruncity Runners and make new friends. 🍳☕
