Yogalates with Gina at Optum Mesa

Our Yogalates class with Gina combines the flexibility & mindfulness of yoga with the core strength & body toning of Pilates for a balanced workout. In this class, you will learn body awareness. After this class, you will feel more emotionally balanced.
