About the Host- Noelle Melton is a Certified Therapeutic Sound Practitioner. During her own journey, sound healing has been an intricate part of her recovery from perfectionism and burnout. Her own transformation shapes the way she is able to hold space for others. She uses intentional sound, scent, and sensory elements to create a calming environment where your body can soften and your mind can rest.
