Know Your Rights: The 411 on the 5-0 ⚖️ NAACP East Valley Branch Meeting

President Jevin D. Hodge invites you to join us as we discuss"The 411 on the 5-O: A Real Word Guide to Interacting with Pollice." We are pleased to announce the following guest presenters:

We will also take a few minutes to share information about the recent work of the branch, and how you can help. We are also conducting a Food Drive to help our neighbors in need.

This event is free and open to the public. Join us!

While we are thankful for Governor Katie Hobbs' leadership in ensuring Arizonans receive their full SNAP benefits, we understand that funding is still inadequate for meeting the nutritional needs of Arizona families.

We encourage everyone to bring non-perishable food items to the meeting, and the branch will donate them to a local food bank. We are advised that there is great need for the following items:

• Peanut butter
• Canned protein
• Canned vegetables
• Canned soup
• Rice and beans
• Cereal and pasta
• Canned fruit

We still want you to join us, even if you do not donate food!
