- **Event Description**: Enjoy a recharging and rejuvenating evening of meditation, sound, and stretching! 

We begin with an overview of themes from current solar and lunar cycles in order to guide our intentions for the class. Next, we engage our body in mindful movement and breath work using techniques from Qigong (chee-gung), an ancient Chinese practice. 

After Qigong we transition to sound meditation which can be done seated or lying down. Jennifer intertwines music from a tongue drum, gong, singing bowls, and other instruments during both guided and solo meditation. 

Class is held with dim lights to promote relaxation. All levels are welcome, no previous experience is necessary. Meditation can be done in a chair in addition to on a yoga mat.

Wear comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat or  chair if you have one, and blankets & pillows are encouraged for extra comfort.   Arrive a few minutes early to get settled.
