Pouring Love into the Mother Wound: A Sunday Sound Bath

This Sunday falls on Mother's day and while many celebrate, many others may be experiencing grief or complex emotions related to their maternal connections. If this resonates, this is for you. We will pour love into our mother wounds for deep healing, unconditional love and wholeness.

Sound healing is one of the most effective and effortless healing modalities one could experience. All you need to do is lay down, close your eyes, breathe and open to receive. Scroll down to learn more about the benefits of Sound Healing.

Please arrive a few minutes early. You are welcome to make yourself a cup of tea or pull an Oracle card. The sound bath is 45-55 minutes long. All are welcome!

Yoga mats and floor cushions are provided. You are welcome to bring anything you need to be comfy laying on a Yoga mat (for example a blanket, pillow, eye cover, additional cushions)

There is a futon available for anyone who would like to use it.

Space is limited to 10 people, please claim your spot as soon as possible if you plan to attend.
