Hump Day Sound Bath

Drop the kids off at school and head on over to reset your Nervous System with a mid-week Sound Bath!

By Wednesday many of us could use some extra calm in our minds and bodies. Come as you are, in PJs, freshly rolled out of bed. Come for an early lunch break! Come if you've had a heavy or chaotic week at school, work or home. Come if you want to quiet your mind for a bit. Come if you don't know what you need, but you need something.

Sound healing is one of the most effective and effortless healing modalities one could experience. All you need to do is lay down, close your eyes, breathe and open to receive. Scroll down to learn more about the benefits of Sound Healing.

Please arrive a few minutes early. You are welcome to make yourself a cup of tea or pull an Oracle card. The sound bath is 45-55 minutes long. All are welcome!

Yoga mats and floor cushions are provided. You are welcome to bring anything you need to be comfy laying on a Yoga mat (for example a blanket, pillow, eye cover, additional cushions)

There is a futon available for anyone who would like to use it.

Space is limited to 10 people, please claim your spot as soon as possible if you plan to attend.
