You don't need any experience at all. A small pillow, yoga mat, and blanket are provided. However, you are more than welcome to bring your own snuggly pillow, blanket, mat, or anything needed to make you more comfortable.

Info: Your Sound Healing will start with a brief introduction of what sound healing is, how it will affect you and what to expect during the session.

Info: Lay back and soak-in the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, drums, gongs, and more. Allow your body, mind, and soul to transcend into bliss!

Info: You will be carefully brought back into your body and will be guided through after care recommendations before heading home for a relaxing evening.
