Circuit with Jan at Optum Mesa

You're invited to socialize, stay active, and learn with Alive, Fit & Free at Optum Mesa!

Circuit with Jan will move through a series of fun and varied exercises that strengthen different muscle groups. In this class, you will learn how to listen to your body and stay properly hydrated. After this class, you will feel stronger and your mind will be more clear.
