Chair Drumming with Cheryl at Optum Mesa

You're invited to socialize, stay active, and learn with Alive, Fit & Free at Optum Mesa!

Our Chair Drumming class with Cheryl increases muscle strength and promotes brain health. In this class, you will learn proper posture and hand-eye coordination. After this class, you may notice you are thinking more clearly due to increased oxygen levels.
