Active Stretch with Gina at Optum Mesa

You're invited to socialize, stay active, and learn with Alive, Fit & Free at Optum Mesa!

Our Active Stretch class with Gina improves strength & flexibility while relieving stress & anxiety. In this class, you will learn how your body moves, where it is tight, and what needs to be opened up. After this class, you will feel more limber and happier thanks to the release of “feel good” hormones.
