This refreshed event invites parents, caregivers, birth professionals, and supporters to step into a day designed with your whole self in mind. You asked for more connection, more rest, and more practical tools — and we listened.
At the Parent Retreat & Resource Fair, you’ll experience:
Self-care activities that help you slow down, reset, and nourish your mind and body
Moments of rest and restoration, built intentionally into the day
Sessions created just for new and expectant parents, as well as those who walk beside them
