Start your Saturday with intention at Movement & Matcha, an outdoor yoga experience designed to help you move mindfully, breathe deeply, and connect with community.

This class includes 45 minutes of gentle, breath-led yoga followed by time to enjoy a complimentary iced matcha, relax, and soak in the good vibes. The flow is slow, grounding, and accessible for all levels.
