Headstones dedication by Commonwealth War Graves Commission

Good afternoon my name is Ian Howell am a volunteer with the Commonwealth War Graves Commission. I am currently organising a rededication service for three headstones at Barry Merthyr Dyfan Cemetery on Thursday 29th May at 11:00Hrs which have been lost for over 100 years.Two are RNR and one is MN.
I would be grateful if you could put it as an agenda item on your next meeting.
Also as part of that service we would be honoured if one of your members like to read The Fallen by Laurence Binyon (They shall not grow old………)
