Summertime Fun Kids and Family Yoga with Aly

Come join Aly at the studio in Merrimack, NH for an imaginative day at the beach, full of summer fun and yoga!

An adventure for both children and adults (adults remain with their child throughout the class). This bonding experience will be themed around a vacation day at the beach, complete with sunglasses, shells, and beach towels.

We will explore our ocean-sounding breath, and then we’ll warm up our bodies with a little yoga movement. We’ll read a beachy book, and explore some other yoga poses as we go.

We’ll have an opportunity to connect with each other through partner poses, which is always lots of fun!

Lastly, we’ll have a lie down on our beach towels, for a guided Savasana where we imagine the ocean and sand and wind all around, as if we were our own little island (which will tie into our book for the class).

We might even hear some ocean waves! Don’t miss out on this fun adventure, an opportunity to introduce your little one/s to the joys of yoga!

Appropriate for kids ages 4-8.
