From Collaboration to Systemic Change:

This workshop invites cross-sector leaders, organizations, and residents to come together around a shared goal: building sustainable, thriving communities where everyone has a seat at the table. This workshop explores how community partnerships—rooted in lived experience, data, and mutual respect—can dismantle silos and co-create solutions that address poverty on a systems level.

Participants learn how to engage those most impacted by poverty in decision-making processes, ensuring that strategies are both inclusive and effective. The workshop highlights practical ways to build social capital across economic lines while addressing all four causes of poverty: individual challenges, community conditions, exploitation, and structural barriers. By combining community-level collaboration with policy-focused action, this lens equips participants to drive long-term change—reimagining how we design systems, allocate resources, and build a more equitable future for all.
