Come to The Creative Spirit & lear the art of making sour dough bread. You'll make the starter dough (starter dough for all attendees) so you will be able to take home and let bulk ferment & bake at home! Learn techniques to stretch & fold, shape & then score the dough. Instruction for maintaining & understanding your starter dough. All materials included. Expert instructor!
