Robie Half Marathon Training Program - MANDATORY ORIENTATION / KICKOFF

REQUIRED to attend before your first meetup.

We’ll cover:
• Full training plan & weekly structure
• Mid-week treadmill workout (required explanation)
• Goal setting & program expectations

You’ll receive:

✔ Printed calendars
✔ Programming overview

Our team & partners will be on-site for:
• Winter + Robie gear recommendations
• Footwear & apparel help
• Injury prevention guidance
• Q&A

💡 Gear up before or after Orientation or visit us during Info Sessions at either Fleet Feet location.

This meeting is essential to start the program strong. We can’t wait to get started—up the mountain and back down again.
